Woods Family installed my Trane unit 1 year ago and it is great. We had lightning last night and the thermostat stopped working correctly, even after I rebooted. Jody the tech came today and fixed the problem and we are good to go! They have given over 18 years of good service!

Our tech Rob arrived on time, was friendly, helpful, and thorough in inspection and maintenance. Have been a Woods customer for a long time; never had a problem with either service or reliability. How often can one say that?!
